From "simple" contracts to nuclear licensing, Tamar has worked through a range of environmental issues in the United States and internationally for the last 30 years. She is one of a handful of attorneys who has run the gamut of licensing new nuclear plants, from developing contracts and financing strategies for the latest nuclear technology to licensing new projects with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. 

She is a popular instructor and writer on regulatory compliance, from corporate compliance to the challenges of smart technology and our energy system. As a compliance expert, Tamar has created original content for Lawline, AudioSolutionz, and the American Bar Association.

Tamar has served as a university and law school faculty member in environmental law and other practical skills programs since 1994.
