Ronald Adler

Ronald Adler is the president-CEO of Laurdan Associates, Inc., which is an HR management consulting firm. He has 41 years’ experience in HR consulting, and has worked with numerous US and international firms, small businesses and non-profits, insurance companies and brokers, and employer organizations. He has assisted in the development of employment and UI related legislation, and has testified before the US Senate Finance Committee on unemployment insurance.

Mr. Adler is an adjunct professor at Villanova University’s Graduate Program in Human Resources Development, where he teaches courses on HR auditing and management. He is also a certified instructor for the CPCU society. He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). He serves as a subject matter expert for SHRM on the subject of HR metrics, and has represented SHRM in meetings with the EEOC.
